• Walls: 6 mm thick cement board, exterior finished with weather-proof emulsion paint; interior finished with super emulsion paint.

• Wall Insulation: 50 mm thick rock-wool (30 kg/m³ density) for thermal and sound insulation.

• Roof: 50 mm polyurethane aluminum/GI sandwich panel — flat exterior and interior finish for enhanced durability.

Toilet Area:

• Four cabins, each equipped with 1 Western/Arabic WC with flushing system and spray hose.

• 1 tissue roll dispenser per cabin.
